An exciting opportunity for our ECO Council representatives to learn more about the work that Balfour Beatty do for our area before choosing 2 recycled planters for our playground that used to be in high town. Keep your eyes peeled for our plans to keep them looking beautiful!

Agents of Change

Our ECO Council representatives really want to make a difference and use their meetings to be an advocate for real change.

Here are some of the things our pupils asked for to reduce single-use plastic in our school recently and were later implemented into our KS2 classrooms;

We also had a meeting with our climate action advisor, Rosie, to look at thermal imaging, CO2 levels and light meters to see the areas in which we could save more energy in our school.
