Dear parent/guardian,
As you may be aware your child’s school has a milk scheme, administered by Cool Milk. Mid morning milk provides a much-needed nutritional boost and keeps children hydrated between
breakfast and lunch. Children receive free milk until the age of 5. After that, they can continue to reap the benefits of fresh mid-morning milk at a subsidised* cost.
If you’d like to opt in and have not already done so, simply register your child at www.coolmilk.com/register. Your child(ren) will continue to receive free milk whilst under the age of 5 and Cool Milk will get in touch with further information by email shortly before their 5th birthday.
For children who are already over 5, it’s not too late – our scheme is flexible! As well as being able to register and make payment straight away, you can join and cancel the scheme at any time. We offer yearly, termly and half termly payment periods and a recurring payment option to give you one less thing to remember.
If you already have an online Cool Milk account for a sibling, you can manage your account, make payment and add extra children by logging in at www.coolmilk.com/parents.

School Dinners
School Dinners can be booked via School Food United and payments made direct. The school office will provide you with the login details.
You can register as soon as you have received this information. Your child’s pupil profile is
already on the system so you are able to link your parent account to your child’s pupil profile
following the instructions below and then you can begin placing orders.
Please ensure that you place pre-orders for your child if they require a meal at school, as we can
only guarantee that children with pre-orders will get their first choice at lunchtime.
Welcome to your school meal ordering app
- Download the “School Food United” app from the Apple Store or Google Play or visit
https://parents.schoolfoodunited.com/login & select the ‘register’ button. - Add your details* and create a password –You will then receive a confirmation email. Click on the
link in the email to verify. - Link to your child – Log in and select ‘add child’ then type your child’s full name and date of birth
into the app or the online form, then choose from the dropdowns; your child’s school and select the
year “New Intake”. Your child will be moved into their September class before the new term begins.
Repeat for each child.
If your child is attending a school trip, it is your responsibility to cancel your child’s hot meal, if it is not required.
Allergens: We appreciate that food allergies can present a serious concern for some pupils.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of our catering team before you order or purchase any food or drink.
The written allergen information that we provide, details the 14 major allergens that are contained in the ingredients. If you require further information about the presence of unintentional allergens (may contains),
please ask us so that we can help you with your choice.
